There is a reasoning behind level cap in MMORPG that is not shared by online games that are not MMOs. When WoW rises the level cap is intended to prevent people who do not run the content to be as competitive as those who do, and therefore move the economics of power in the game. This is not the case in Conan Exiles.

Sure, their vitality is lower, but they’re still one of the strongest thralls you can get, especially at level 20. I’ll take a berserker through there and still win. Granted, I use well trained instead and I’ll help with the fight.
