Yes. Do 2-3 problems a day in C++ and you should be familiar with the syntax. The hard part will be memorizing relevant parts of the standard library (you can probably use a reference during the coding test, though). In some ways, C++ is almost like a Rust--, so I would imagine it wouldn't be that hard.
