I got the ring/scrolls of quest fixing mod, but that seems to just advance dialogue so I don’t think it would let me get to the stuff on the other side of the door. IDC about the sword, I just want the shout + black book.

Use the bloodskal blade if out of arrows, also you can move the difficulty literally any time so just set it to easy mode and get through it. Btw you still have a bandit camp to get through at the exit ad well.
