Crawl under the truck with a rubber mallet and see what you find. Be gental around the dpf. I had a rattle at startup only and found it was the elbow shaped heatshields on the exhaust manifolds. Could move by hand when dead cold but noy when hot. I have the same issue (p26ab) found out my heater control valve has coolant leak outside of it. Easy fix on the 2016+. It’s located on top of the motor. Far back next to the firewall. My heater stopped working & my engine temperature coolant gauge kept fluctuating. Engine light came on. Hard to tell if it implies that before 22' models were not designed for premium or if 22' and on needs premium gas.
